The Goal
To rescue an abandoned fashion film project and transform the existing footage into a completed, aesthetically striking short film.
The Challenge
The original concept fell apart in post-production, leading to the project being completely scrapped. With no possibility of reshoots, I had to work strictly with the material that was already available.
The Approach
I took over post-production and completely reinterpreted the footage. Through precise re-editing, I reshaped the project to establish a fresh visual dynamic and narrative flow.
The Result
A fully finished fashion film born out of a failed production — proving how even seemingly unfixable footage can be turned into a high-end final product through strong post-production and creative problem-solving.
